Im the sweet-obsessed owner and head caker behind Copper Fork Cakes. In 2017 at the age of 21, I left behind a uni degree to follow this lifelong passion, and pursue the cake business that has since grown into the well known and trusted brand that it is today. From the very beginning, CFC has specialised in tiered buttercream wedding cakes with fresh floral arrangements, and a specific focus on minimalistic flawless finishes and sharp edges. In the almost six years since the start of this sweet adventure, I have been fortunate enough to continue spending my days making towering buttercream beauties for some of the biggest, and most important events in my clients lives.
I like to think I’m one of the lucky ones, to have found, so early in life, exactly what it is that sets my heart on fire. I adore what I do with every fibre of myself, and I can only hope that this shows in every cake that leaves my studio.
