Eliza, the extreme lady boss behind Copper Fork Cakes, is an absolute genius. Our two tier wedding cake was next level and something that left us wanting another excuse to celebrate, just so we could eat more! We left our cake in the hands of Eliza's creativity and it was everything we imagined. She was so easy to chat to and incredibly flexible during constant Covid-19 changes. We would highly recommend Copper Fork Cakes for any celebration. They are what cakey dreams are made of!!!

We just had Copper Fork Cakes make our gorgeous Wedding cake. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We loved having the choice of external buttercream finishes, matching the cake to the layered buttercream and actually having a cake that everyone ate. The serving size recommendation was quite accurate and we didn’t have too many leftovers either which was great. We’re so happy that we used Copper Fork Cakes and would highly recommend for any special occasion cake!

Eliza was incredible to work with and I am beyond happy about the cake she produced for our wedding day. The whole process was very easy and the end was result was exactly what I had imagined.
