Our Premium cake tasting boxes are the new kids on the block! Unlike our standard flavours, these cake and buttercream combinations need no mixing or matching, as we have already lovingly crafted each combination to be its own perfect pairing. With the addition or homemade curds, ganaches, crumbles, and toppings, these cake combos take flavour to the next level. If you’re looking for a cake that tastes as sophisticated as it looks... you're sure to find it in this box! Please note that choosing one of these flavours for your wedding cake incurs an additional charge per tier.

Our current premium flavours include...

• Spiced Apple Crumble - spiced apple cake, apple compote, biscoff buttercream and spiced oat crumble topping.

• Lemon Meringue Pie - Lemon cake, zesty lemon curd, vanilla bean buttercream, crushed meringue, and a biscuit base crumble

• Espresso Martini - vanilla and coffee flavoured cake soaked in espresso syrup, with a baileys buttercream, cocoa dusting, and caramel drizzle

• Pavlova - vanilla bean cake with a passionfruit curd, vanilla bean buttercream, crushed meringue and fresh fruit pieces

• Piña Colada Cake - coconut cake, soaked in pineapple syrup, creamy coconut filling, ad coconut buttercream

• Ferrero Rocher - Chocolate and hazelnut cake, dark chocolate ganache, Nutella buttercream, and chopped Ferrero rochers
